Did you know that your facial skin is one of the most sensitive skins on your whole body? Your face is what everyone sees first. So it is super annoying when teenage acne sets in. I was blessed to only get a few scattered bumps on my cheeks and forehead but when it comes to acne it can range from a few bumps to painful lumps on your face.
- Don't pick- No matter how tempting it may be to pump the pimples on your face, doing so can cause facial scars and painful bruises. Just don't do it. Instead wash your face with a mild soap and a towel instead.
- Use products to treat acne- Choose a good acne product and apply a little to areas on your face where the acne is. (By the way you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on expensive products). Ask your parents what they think would be best for you to use.
- Bear it- Acne isn't fun but by smiling and bearing it you will feel a lot better.
